Max the Trax . . .

Max was about 3 or 4 months here. I love how chunky he is. He was born the smallest and turned out to be the biggest. It is my favorite thing.

My Boys

Trying to get Bobby to pose for a picture with me is nearly impossible.

When I was a little girl and I envisioned my future family- I always had this image of girls in matching clothes. Instead. . . . I got matching boys! I had no idea how much I could love a little man, or men for that matter!

Max the Trax . . .

This is a little plastic bin that the kids toys go in. This is the life of the 3rd child. Max flaps his arms when he eats, and is starting to get a serious opinion about what is for dinner. Today he tried yogurt for the first time and screamed so loud every time there was nothing in his mouth. This is as good as it gets.

Bobby

Some of my favorite things about "Bobby":
  • self proclaimed Bobby for one year and then decides he doesn't like the name anymore
  • he won't let you brush his teeth or put him in the car if you have gum in your mouth
  • won't let you kiss him if you have gum/lipstick/chapstick on
  • hates a mess/won't let anything be out of place in his room
  • "last day" = yesterday
  • loves to fight anyone, anywhere
  • prefers a mohawk but no lotion in his hair
  • has had the same black toe for over a year
  • stuck in Jake's body with a Gardner personality
  • Has two imaginary friends named "Goga and Soshee." they are always with us.
  • "what's that smell?"
  • the love of my life!!

Max the Trax . . .

I love this little man!

Jane and Max

I haven't had a chance to blog since Max has been born. Life got a little crazy and busy! This was when he was just a few weeks old. Jake and Henry went on a fathers/sons outing camping and it was just the three of us. I told Jane she could stay up with me and watch movies in bed. I walked out of the room for something and came back in and they were both passed out together. There have been multiple times where Jane has fallen asleep next to him. He makes her feel safe. There is nothing more precious than to see your oldest child love and take care of the youngest. I never knew life could be so rich.
